Although I'm not the biggest fan of McCain, I think he is the best alternative (especially considering that my husband's job depends a lot upon money being invested in our country's defense budget). Thanks to Heather for posting this:
that's great! i know what you mean to, you have to do what's best for your husband's job. actually my brother's are in the military also and they would never forgive me if i didn't support mccain over the others, just for that reason alone.
I completely agree with you. I have been very torn about this election because I don't like McCain, but if Obama wins I think Erik's job will also be in jeopardy with all of his proposed cuts to defense. It's really scary.
Dani is doing well in law school, though I don't think she likes it. She is working at the DA's office in San Bernadino this summer, and just got a part time position in Austin doing the same thing. Her second semester grades were much better than her first. She only got one B this time, which puts her in the top half of the class. I guess that's a big deal, right?
Anyways... you guys should come to Salt Lake for July 4th. I'm gonna be there. I know its probably not gonna happen but if you can I would love to see you! At the very least, can you post some new pics of Erica on your dang blog? I'm tired of seeing McCain when I log on. :)
