Blogging Books

I've been thinking about what I want for Christmas and I've decided to print my blog into a book. There are a ton of websites out there that claim to do this, but I turn to my fellow bloggers for real advice. Have any of you done this yet? Were you happy with the results? What companies/websites do you recommend? I would appreciate any input.

And, in other news, here are some more pictures of Erica for those who are interested:

What a great Christmas idea. I have never done it.... so no advice here.

PS WHO is Erica holding hands with? Ian and Joseph are jealous.

HAHHAH.... Lesley, that would be my little boy and Erica's buddy, Ryan.

Try Blurb or Blog2print. I've used Blurb before and it's super easy.

Blurb is good. But if you are feeling creative then do scrapblog. It turns out way cuter when you can make it personal. But as far as I know, they don't automatically upload your blog, so you would have to copy and paste your fav. posts yourself.

Blurb is the cheapest I found. We just made one earlier this year and really love it.

I hear Blurb is a good too. It takes a little work though because it doesn't transfer right over but I find the process fun.
Have fun!

I started using Blurb a while ago because it seemed like a good value and I had heard good things . . . but then it just became so time consuming editing everything so pictures were exactly where I wanted them, etc. And it's a pain that they don't automatically "slurp" comments over, so I had to manually cut and paste all of them. But hopefully I'll finish one of these days. Let us know what you choose and what you think!

I used blog 2 print, and it was easy. I do not love the results, but I am way too lazy to cut and paste everything to make it cute.

Hey I did a blog book last christmas and had all of my family write memories of my grandma. I used blurb. I wanted more options in there layouts and a little more freedom, but I loved the results! I was impressed with the quality for the price. If you want to see it let me know I'll bring it to church. I think that they are updating their program all the time too.
